  18. Make ready 1/2 cup : fresh coriander leaves
  19. Take 1 tbsp : chat masala
  20. Take 1-1/2 tsp : red chilly powder
  21. Make ready 4 tbsp: oil
  22. Make ready 4 tbsp : soft butter

  1. Heat oil and butter in big pan add bey leaf, chopped garlic,chopped green chilly,saute them for few seconds add kasuri methi, chopped onions saute them for 1/2 minutes add chopped capsicum,chopped long beans, frozen mix. Vegetables,frozen green peas and cook them for 1 minute.
  2. Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder, Pav-bhaji masala powder,chat masala powder,salt and sugar mix them well and cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add boiled chopped potatoes and chopped tomatoes cook them for couples of minutes.
  4. Last add amul fresh cream and 1tbsp kasuri methi crush with hands and fresh coriander leaves and mix them well.cook them for 1 minute.switch off the flame.
  5. Now our sabji is ready to serve.serve it with roti,parathas, naan.
