Mix everything thoroughly so that all the species are mixed well with the flour. Grease your hands with a tsp of oil and knead the dough well. Theplas are also thinner as compared to the Parathas. In thepla, methi leaves are chopped and kneaded in the dough itself, whereas Parathas are prepared by filling it with stuffing.

- Take methi and all aata and to it add oil and mix well.
- Now add all the masala and knead a dough with water.
- Cover it for few mins and then take a small round shape and roll it like a roti.
- Cook it on a pan till brown and then apply ghee to it.
