  1. Take Hilsa fish and put turmeric powder,salt and marinate it for 20 mins.
  2. Take black and yellow mustard seeds.Put little water and make a smooth paste.
  3. Now Strain the paste with a strainer.
  4. Take a pan,add mustard oil and fry the hilsa fish.
  5. In the rest oil,put nigella seeds.Add turmeric powder,red chili powder.mix together well.
  6. Put mustard paste and cook it for 1 min.Put salt as per taste.And add 1/2 cup water.Cook it for 5 mins.
  7. Put green chillies and add coconut milk and cook it for 1 min.
  8. Then put the fried hilsa fish and cook for 1 min.Lastly sprinkle little oil.
  9. Traditional Spicy Mustard Hilsa fish curry is ready.Serve it with steamed rice.
