Gujarati Handvo Recipe - Handvo is a baked dish made from various dals/lentils and rice, sesame seeds and spices. The batter is prepared from lentils and rice and is usually fermented overnight. Hence the Handvo batter is traditionally baked in a special steam cooker. Blend the dals, rice and whole wheat in a mixer to a smooth mixture using ½ cup water.

- It will become little fluffy and like a salty spicy cake.
