- First soak chana dal for atleast 2 or 3 hours.
- After that drain and spread on muslin cloth…For few minutes.
- Now grind soaked chana dal in grinder.
- Take off in a bowl…Add washed and chopped Dill leaves…And all ingredients mentioned above..
- Mix well.
- Grease ur palm with oil…And shape them into vada…Make a hole in center..And fry in medium hot oil…till nice golden.
- Crispy dill chana dal vada is ready…Serve hot with sauce or se it is.
Drain the water from the dal/lentils. Wash the dill leaves & finely chop them. Add the ginger, green chillies to the drained lentils. Throw it in the food processor & make a coarse paste out of them(Do not add any water). Dill leaves vadai is a very aromatic, delicate tasting and flavourful vada.
