  14. Get 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  15. Prepare to taste ground black pepper
  16. Get to taste your favorite salad dressing, I used apple cider vinaigrette by Kens Steakhouse
  17. Take 2/3 cup green stuffed olives
  18. Take 1/2 cup pinenuts

Place the sliced fennel in a salad bowl. Slice oranges to divide flesh sections and add to bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper. Place the fennel slices, oranges slices and arugula in a large bowl.

Instructions to make Fennel salad:
  1. Slice the salami thinly. Add lemon juice to fennel and apples to keep from turning colors.
  2. Mix all the ingredients. Dress with your favorite salad dressing
  3. Toast the pine nuts. Add them as topping.
